Fall Cheese Pear

  1. COMBINE in a medium bowl both cheeses and wine.
  2. Wrap the cheese mixture in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
  3. CHILL about 1 hour or until ball is slightly set.
  4. Form wrapped cheese ball into the shape of a pear.
  5. UNWRAP; sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Use a small piece of cinnamon stick and the bay leaf to form the stem and leaf of the pear.
  7. Chill.
  8. SERVE cheese pear on a cheese tray with assorted crackers and vegetables.
