Fall Cheese Pear
- 1 pkg (250 g) MacLaren's Imperial Sharp Cold Pack Cheddar Cheese Product
- 1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. port wine
- paprika
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- COMBINE in a medium bowl both cheeses and wine.
- Wrap the cheese mixture in a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball.
- CHILL about 1 hour or until ball is slightly set.
- Form wrapped cheese ball into the shape of a pear.
- UNWRAP; sprinkle with paprika.
- Use a small piece of cinnamon stick and the bay leaf to form the stem and leaf of the pear.
- Chill.
- SERVE cheese pear on a cheese tray with assorted crackers and vegetables.
