Skillet-Baked Ravioli
- 2 Tablespoons Melted Butter
- 1 package (16 Oz. Size) Frozen Meat Filled Ravioli (Thawed)
- 2 cups Your Favorite Marinara/Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup Light Cream
- 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Garnish With Fresh Chopped Basil (several Leaves)
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- In a 12 oven-safe skillet add melted butter and tilt skillet to coat the bottom.
- Then add thawed ravioli, marinara/tomato sauce (no need to heat first) and light cream.
- Stir gently.
- Add mozzarella cheese to the top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven.
- Baked covered for 20 minutes.
- Then remove the foil and cook for another 5 minutes to crisp up the cheese.
- Garnish with fresh chopped basil.
- Serve with a fresh crisp mixed green salad and crusty bread.
