Cabbage Pot-au-feu

  1. Slice garlics.
  2. Peel small onions and cut top and bottom side of these a little.
  3. Start to cook them on low heat in a pan with olive oil.
  4. Cut potatoes and put them into water for a while.
  5. Cut sausages into half, and put it into the pan.
  6. Cut carrots into a bite size.
  7. Put them and potatoes into the pan together.
  8. Cook a little, then pour water to cover all ingredients.
  9. Put a leaf of laurier.
  10. Put a lid on the pot and boil it on medium heat.
  11. When water boils, skim the scum.
  12. Then put cabbages.
  13. Stir soup and ingredients a little, put salt and pepper.
  14. put chopped parsley.
  15. Boil on low heat in 10 minutes.
