Grilled BBQ Chicken Quesadillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 12 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- Combine all cilantro lime sour cream ingredients in bowl; set aside.
- Cut 4 slices cheese in half; set aside.
- Heat gas grill to medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
- Combine chicken, barbecue sauce, cilantro and red onion in bowl.
- Assemble quesadillas by placing 2 slices cheese onto one-half of each tortilla.
- Top with 1/4 chicken mixture and 2 half slices cheese.
- Fold tortillas over filling.
- Place onto grill.
- Grill, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until tortillas start to crisp and cheese is melted.
- Serve with cilantro lime sour cream.
