Thai Chicken Vegetable Pizza
- 1 thin pizza crust (refrigerator, boboli, or your favorite)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 13 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced gingerroot
- 14 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 12 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken breast
- chopped peanuts, to garnish
- cilantro, to garnish
- Preheat oven to 425; bake pizza crust for 8-10 minutes.
- Whisk peanut butter, honey, vinegar, soy, ginger and crushed red pepper together; spread over baked crust.
- Top with remaining ingredients and garnishes.
- Omit chicken for a vegetarian meal.
