Lemon-Garlic Chicken

  1. Mix all ingredients except chicken in heavy-duty resealable bag.
  2. Add chicken; seal bag and turn to coat with marinade.
  3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour but no longer than 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  4. Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  6. Place chicken, skin side up, on grill over medium heat.
  7. Cover grill; cook 15 minutes.
  8. Turn chicken, Cover grill; cook 20 to 40 minutes longer, turning occasionally, until juice of chicken is clear when thickest piece is cut to bone.
