Taylor's Potato Salad

  1. Boil potatoes until just tender.
  2. This can take up to 15-20 minutes depending on size.
  3. Drain and cool.
  4. In a large serving platter add all other ingredients except eggs.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Add potatoes that have been cut into large chunks and toss gently.
  7. Slice eggs and toss gently again.
  8. I serve this potato salad warm but you may chill several hours before serving.
