Porky Pine Balls Recipe
- 1 pound fresh grnd beef
- 1/2 c. white long grain rice
- 1 (16 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 2 med. onions, minced
- Garlic pwdr
- In a mixing bowl put or possibly add in the grnd beef, uncooked, onions, rice, garlic pwdr (don't use sparingly) and 1/2 up of water.
- Mix well.
- Roll into small or possibly medium meatballs; put into casserole dish.
- Add in 1/2 c. of water and cover with tomato sauce.
- Bake at 350 degrees for minimum of 1 hour.
