Izakaya-Style Chicken Breast Bone Cartilage

  1. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and saute the garlic and ginger.
  2. Once fragrant, add the chicken breast bone cartilage and cook thoroughly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and add the ponzu.
  4. Garnish with the green onions and sesame seeds and it's done.
  5. It's really easy and delicious.
