Roca Patron #5

• Ice
• 2 ounces Patron Roca Anejo tequila
• 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
• 1 ounce Simple Syrup
• 1 egg white
• 1/2 ounce mango puree
• Ground cinnamon, for garnish

1. Place 1 large ice cube into an old-fashioned glass.
2. Combine all ingredients in a pint glass, cover with a cocktail shaker, and shake vigorously.
3. Pour into the old-fashioned glass, garnish with a sprinkling of cinnamon, and serve immediately.
