Quinoa and Sesame Seed Bread
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 12 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons barley malt syrup
- 12 teaspoon liquid lecithin
- 13 cup sesame seeds
- 2 12 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons quinoa, grain
- 3 tablespoons whey powder
- 2 tablespoons gluten flour
- 1 12 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 12 teaspoons active dry yeast
- Put all the ingredients in the bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions.
- Select Basic Wheat cycle and Light crust.
