Tuna Pitas with Yogurt and Mustard
- 6 1/2 ounces tuna, canned
- 1/2 cup yogurt, low-fat
- 1 each celery stalks diced
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 x salt and black pepper
- 2 each pita bread, whole wheat halved
- 1 x lettuce leaves
- 2 each tomatoes sliced
- Combine first five ingredients in medium bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Line bread halves with lettuce leaves and tomatoes.
- Divide tuna mixture among bread pockets.
- Serve immediately.
