Pickle Roll-Ups

  1. Spread ham with reduced-fat cream cheese, using about 1 Tbsp.
  2. cream cheese for each slice.
  3. Cut each pickle spear lengthwise in half; place 1 half on each ham slice.
  4. Roll up.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  6. Cut each roll-up into 4 pieces.
  7. Secure with toothpicks, if desired.
