spinach and red lentils

  1. Boil red lentils for 5 mins and then simmer for 25 mins.
  2. Drain and place back in saucepan.
  3. Add spinach and all seasoning with chopped garlic and saute for 3 mins.
  4. serve immediately as a side dish or healthy option snack.
