Sausage Bread

• 1 lb pork sausage
• 14 cup parmesan cheese
• 12 cup chopped onion
• 12 cup grated swiss cheese
• 1 egg, beaten
• Tabasco sauce
• 1 12 teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
• 2 cups biscuit mix
• 23 cup milk
• 14 cup mayonnaise

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook sausage and onions until brown.
3. Drain well and set aside.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cheeses, egg, Tabasco, salt and parsley.
5. Add biscuit mix, milk, and mayo; stir until just blended.
6. Stir in sausage and onions.
7. Pour into greased 9x5 loaf pan and bake 60 minutes.
