CHEESYBITE French Toast

  1. BEAT together the eggs and milk then pour into a shallow dish.
  2. HEAT the butter and oil in a frypan over a moderate heat.
  3. Dip the bread in the egg mixture then cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden.
  4. Drain well.
  5. SPREAD the toast with CHEESYBITE, top with rocket and serve with roasted tomatoes.Serve immediately.
