Smart-Choice Creamy Double-Layer Easy Cherry Pie
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 1 cup light cherry pie filling
- 1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- Beat Neufchatel and sugar with mixer until blended.
- Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.
- Add pie filling; swirl gently with knife.
- Pour into crust; cover with remaining COOL WHIP.
- Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
