Eggless And Butterless Cake Recipe

• 2 c. sugar
• 1/2 c. Crisco
• 2 c. buttermilk, in that you dissolve 2 scant tsp. soda
• 2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon cloves
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 4 teaspoon cocoa
• 4 c. all purpose flour
• 1 c. raisins
• Healthy pinch of salt

1. Cream sugar, and Crisco.
2. Sift together flour, salt, and spices.
3. Add in alternately with lowfat milk and soda to creamed mix.
4. Add in raisins.
5. Grease and flour 3 cake pans.
6. Pour batter in pans.
7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 min.
