EZ Rice Crust Quiche

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix rice and 1 lightly beaten egg; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch deep-dish pie plate sprayed with cooking spray to form crust.
  3. Whisk remaining eggs and cream cheese until blended.
  4. Add milk; mix well.
  5. Stir in cheese and ham; pour into crust.
  6. Bake 40 min.
  7. or until center is set and top is lightly browned.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. before serving.
