Pot Roast Recipe
- 4 pound beef arm roast
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of mushroom soup
- Place roast beef in baking dish.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat and spread with cream of mushroom soup.
- Cover baking dish tightly with foil.
- Bake in oven at 300 degrees for 4 hrs.
