Butterscotch Bars
- 1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package instant butterscotch pudding mix (4 serving size)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 34 cup butterscotch chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease and flour a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
- In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, milk and egg.
- Beat on low speed until blended, about 1 minute.
- Stir in pecans.
- Spread batter in prepared pan and sprinkle butterscorch chips evenly over top.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
