Mocha Bars

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, coffee and vanilla.
  2. Combine flour, brown sugar, salt and baking soda; add to coffee mixture.
  3. Beat until smooth.
  4. Pour into a greased 15-in.
  5. x 10-in.
  6. x 1-in.
  7. baking pan.
  8. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until the top springs back when lightly touched.
  9. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
  10. Cool before cutting.
  11. Yield: about 3 dozen.
