Marinated Oriental Chicken
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry Sherry
- 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
- Combine first 7 ingredients in large shallow dish.
- Add chicken to marinade.
- Cover with plastic and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight,turning occasionally.
- Preheat broiler.
- Remove chicken from marinade.
- Broil chicken until brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
