Poppyseed Chicken Casserole
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 1 can of Cream of Chicken
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 as needed Crushed Ritz Crackers
- 6 slice Butter
- Boil the chicken until it is complete cooked.
- Debone when it's finished.
- Preheat oven to 350F Fahrenheit.
- (175 degrees Celsius)
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized chunks.
- In a casserole dish, mix the chicken, Cream of Chicken soup, and sour cream.
- Spread so it fits evenly in the pan.
- Cover the mixture with a layer of crushed Ritz.
- Place 6 pads of butter evenly on top of the crackers.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy.
