Watergate Cake

  1. Combine the ingredients in the order given, blending well after each addition.
  2. Pour into a 13 X 9-inch pan and bake in a preheated 350F (180C).oven for 35 to 45 minutes, or until the cake tests done.
  3. ICING: Combine the topping mix, milk and pudding.
  4. Beat until thick.
  5. Spread on the cake, (The icing will be a light green color).
  6. Sprinkle with the coconut and chopped nuts.
