Apple, raisin, pecan, caramel baked french toast

  1. Beat eggs and add milk and sugar
  2. Dip bread into egg mixture
  3. Grate apples with skin on.
  4. Add lemon to stop browning.
  5. Chop raisins and pecans (or whichever nut you have)
  6. Spray bottom of pan or casserole that will fit the bread with non-stick spray
  7. Place egg soaked brwad into bottom on pan in one layer
  8. Evenly distribute the apple, raisins, nuts and caramel topping.
  9. Bake in a 350F oven for approx 40 minutes or untill set and browned
