Sweetened Strawberries

• 2 1-pint baskets strawberries, hulled, sliced
• 6 tablespoons sugar

1. Toss strawberries and sugar in medium bowl to blend.
2. Let stand at room temperature until juices form, tossing occasionally, about 2 hours.
