Quick Caliente Salsa

  1. Chop some Chile Serrano's and place on a molcajete (or a bowl if none are available).
  2. Put a tomato on a fork on the stove for a couple minutes until roasted as shown.
  3. Add the roasted tomato and mash them.
  4. Add salt.
  5. Salsa is done!
  6. Add to tostadas, tacos, gorditas, or tortilla chips.
