Five-Spice Marinade

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a glass bowl.
  2. Add 4 servings of your meat of choice (1 lb boneless or 2 lb of bone-in).
  3. Stir to incorporate, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours (only 30 minutes if using fish or prawns).
