Easy Crockpot Potato Soup

  1. Put the hash browns in the crock pot.
  2. Add the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and half of the bacon bits.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. One hour before serving, cut the cream cheese into small cubes and stir into soup.
  6. Once it is melted, it's ready to serve.
  7. Top with cheddar cheese and additional bacon bits.
  8. Even better if served in a bread boule!
  9. Enjoy!
