Curried Chicken Snackers
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast half (4 oz.), cooked, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 24 RITZ Low Sodium Crackers
- Mix all ingredients except crackers until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
- Spoon 2 tsp.
- of the mixture onto each cracker just before serving.
