  1. Mix together flour, margarine and nuts.
  2. Press into a long cake pan and bake at 375F for 30 minutes.
  3. Cool.
  4. Mix 1 container Cool Whip, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread over crust and refrigerate until cooled.
  6. Spread prepared chocolate pudding over pie.
  7. Cover with 1 container Cool Whip.
  8. Chill.
