Ultimate Chewy Double Drizzled Brownies

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease bottom only of 8-inch square baking pan.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Melt butter, unsweetened chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, 4-7 minutes or until smooth.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in sugar and vanilla.
  7. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  8. Stir in flour and salt; mix just until all ingredients are moistened and brownie mixture is smooth.
  9. Spread brownie mixture into prepared pan.
  10. Bake 25-32 minutes or until brownies just begin to pull away from sides of pan.
  11. (Do not overbake.)
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Microwave chocolate chips and 1/2 teaspoon shortening in bowl 1 minute on Medium (50%) power.
  14. Stir; continue microwaving, stirring occasionally, 1-2 minutes or until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  15. Drizzle chocolate over cooled brownies.
  16. Place white baking chips and 1/2 teaspoon shortening in another bowl.
  17. Microwave 1 minute on Medium (50%) power.
  18. Stir; continue microwaving, stirring occasionally, 1-2 minutes or until chips are melted and smooth.
  19. Drizzle over chocolate drizzle.
