Pistachio Ambrosia

  1. Drain fruit cocktail, pineapple and oranges, reserving 3 cups juice.
  2. Set fruit aside; pour juice into a 4 qt.
  3. bowl.
  4. Add pudding mix and mix until smooth.
  5. Stir in sour cream.
  6. Add whipped topping and mix until smooth.
  7. Fold in fruit; chill for several hours.
  8. Top with pecans just before serving if desired.
