Pie Crust Mix
- 5 lb. flour
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1-1/2 lb. lard
- 2 cups shortening
- Mix all ingredients together until crumbly.
- Store in tightly-covered container until needed.
- Refrigerate.
- When ready to bake pies, combine 3 cups mix with 1/3 cup milk.
- This ratio will make enough dough for two 9-inch pies.
