Artichoke Dip
- 2 cups marinated artichokes, diced
- 7 -8 ounces green chilies, chopped
- 12 cup sweet onions or 12 cup green onion, chopped
- 23 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (substitute whatever you prefer) or 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated (substitute whatever you prefer)
- tortilla chips
- If you are using canned artichokes or green chilies, drain before combining.
- Place all ingredients in a 1-quart baking dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
