Karens 7 Layered Salad
- 2 heads lettuce, torn apart
- 1 (4 ounce) bag radishes, sliced
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 medium onions, sliced thinly
- 2 (16 ounce) cans green peas, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) bag carrots, sliced
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 dash lemon juice
- mix together mayo, sour cream and lemon juice.
- lay down each layer starting with lettuce and ending with mayo sour cream mix
- refrigerate overnight.
