Four Flavored Pound Cake

  1. Spray tube or Bundt pan with vegetable (oil) spray; dust with flour and set aside. Combine flour plus next 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add oil and milk. Beat at medium speed until smooth. Add lemon rind and next 4 ingredients.
  2. Fold in 1/3 egg whites. Gently fold in remaining egg whites. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
  3. Cool in pan 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool on rack.
  4. Serve 3/4 cup fresh strawberries with each slice. Makes 16 servings. Contains 183 calories per 1/2 inch slice.
