Flower Shaped Ham Cups

  1. Cut the sliced bread into 1 cm dice.
  2. Line a small heatproof cocotte or similar heatproof container with a slice of ham.
  3. Fill each ham cup with bread cubes while tidying up the wavy parts of the ham.
  4. Sprinkle the bread in the cups with a little salt and pepper.
  5. Break a quail egg into each cup.
  6. Sprinkle on some grated cheese, and cook in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes.
  7. They are done when the quail eggs are cooked!
  8. Sprinkle with dried parsley.
  9. Take the ham cups out of the container and transfer to serving plates.
  10. You can pack the cups as-is in bentos.
