Flower Shaped Ham Cups
- 3 slice Roast ham
- 3 Quail eggs
- 1 slice Shokupan white bread (cut into 12 slices)
- 1 Grated cheese
- 1 dash Parsley (dried)
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Cut the sliced bread into 1 cm dice.
- Line a small heatproof cocotte or similar heatproof container with a slice of ham.
- Fill each ham cup with bread cubes while tidying up the wavy parts of the ham.
- Sprinkle the bread in the cups with a little salt and pepper.
- Break a quail egg into each cup.
- Sprinkle on some grated cheese, and cook in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes.
- They are done when the quail eggs are cooked!
- Sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Take the ham cups out of the container and transfer to serving plates.
- You can pack the cups as-is in bentos.
