Green Tom Mincemeat

  1. Chop both tomatoes and apples.
  2. Puree tomatoes in blender and let stand to let juices drain.
  3. Puree apples and rasins also leaving 1 packages of raisins whole.
  4. Add sugar, spices and vinegar.
  5. (use strained juices to make it easier to puree in blender.
  6. Cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours after it starts to boil.
  7. Put in jars and seal.
