Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup packed, brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 pkg (102g) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 tbsp milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- Line rimless baking sheets with parchment paper, or grease; set aside.
- In large bowl, mix together butter, brown and granulated sugar.
- Stir in pudding mix and milk; stir in eggs and vanilla.
- In a seperate bowl, wish together flour, baking powder and baking soda; stir in butter mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by heaping 1 tbsp about 2 inches apart, onto prepared pans.
- Bake in centre of oven at 350 F until edges are golden brown, about 12 minutes.
- Let cook for 5 minutes on baking sheet.
- Transfer to rack, let cool completly.
