Ruby Fruit Punch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 bottle rose wine
- 2 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 10 ounces strawberries frozen
- 28 ounces carbonated water
- 1 x limes slices
- In a large saucepan combine sugar and water and heat over moderately high heat tot he boiling point; then reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cool.
- Combine wine, fruit juices, sugar syrup and strawberries.
- Pour over ice in a punchbowl.
- Stir in carbonated water when ready to serve.
- Garnish with lime slices.
