Shiso Garlic Soy Sauce

  1. Wash the shiso leaves and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Put the shiso leaves in a container.
  3. Add sliced garlic and pour soy sauce until everything is almost covered.
  4. Leave it to rest at least overnight.
  5. Add some of the garlic soy sauce you made to the freshly cooked rice.
  6. Shape rice balls.
  7. Wrap the rice balls with the well marinated shiso leaves.
  8. It is delicious.
