Easy Marinated Mushrooms Recipe

• 1 pound sm. mushrooms
• 1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

1. Prepare Good Seasons Italian according to package directions but instead of shaking in a jar, use a blender.
2. Put cleaned mushrooms into a jar and pour dressing over them.
3. Stir to coat all the mushrooms and marinate for at least 24 hrs, turning occasionally.
