- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 whole Pork Chops
- 2 Tablespoons Butter Or Olive Oil, Or As Needed For Your Skillet

- In a shallow bowl combine the dry ingredients (breadcrumbs through salt).
- Lightly beat the eggs in another shallow bowl.
- Dip the pork chops in the egg then dip in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Coat them completely with the breadcrumbs pressing it in with your fingers to help it adhere.
- Lay them on a rack and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Heat the butter or olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot add the chops.
- Brown the chops for 3 minutes on each side then put the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes or until the juices run clear or a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part reads 160 F. Remove from heat and let them rest for a couple of minutes before plating.
