Easy Baked Chicken
- 1 Chicken breast
- 3 slice Bacon
- 1/2 of an onion Onion
- 1/3 bunch Green onion
- 2 tbsp Butter (or margarine)
- 1 tbsp White flour
- 100 ml Milk
- 30 grams Cream cheese
- 1 Krazy Salt
- 1 Pepper
- Take the skin off the chicken breast and cut it into 1-2 cm wide strips.
- Season with the Krazy Salt and pepper.
- Cut the bacon into 1-2 cm wide pieces, and slice the onion thinly.
- Chop the green onion.
- Put the butter in the frying pan and heat.
- Saute the chicken and onion over medium heat, adding the bacon a bit later.
- When the chicken is cooked through and the onions are softened, turn down the heat to low and add the flour.
- Saute until it's no longer floury.
- Add the milk little by little, mixing well between additions.
- Add the cream cheese and mix in.
- Season with Krazy Salt and pepper, add the green onions and mix together well.
- Use as a sandwich filling using pita bread for instance, or just put it on a serving plate and eat with rice.
- It should be good as a rice bowl topping too.
