Vegan Breakfast Scramble

  1. In a frying pan over medium-high heat combine tofu (crumbled), a handful of spinach, chopped red peppers, chopped onion, chopped vegetarian bacon, and a few dashes of paprika.
  2. Saute until veggies are cooked and tofu is heated through.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
