Vegan Breakfast Scramble
- 12 cup tofu, crumbled
- 14 cup spinach
- 14 cup red pepper, chopped
- 18 cup onion, chopped
- 18 cup vegetarian bacon
- 1 dash paprika
- In a frying pan over medium-high heat combine tofu (crumbled), a handful of spinach, chopped red peppers, chopped onion, chopped vegetarian bacon, and a few dashes of paprika.
- Saute until veggies are cooked and tofu is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
