Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork Roast

  1. Place pork into slow cooker.
  2. Mix together cranberry sauce, sugar, wine, mustard and cloves and pour over pork.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  4. When pork is cooked, remove it from slow cooker and keep warm.
  5. In a sauce pan, whisk together the corn starch and water.
  6. Slowly add the remaining cranberry mixture to the sauce pan and cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
  7. Serve cranberry mixture with pork.
