Watercress, Endive Salad

• 2 bunches watercress
• 4 endive
• 1/2 cup mustard vinaigrette

1. Chop and remove stems from watercress.
2. Cut endive into cross pieces.
3. Toss the two together and dress with mustard vinaigrette.
