Brown Rice Burgers

  1. Saute onions, garlic, and water chestnuts in 3 tbsp of olive oil, for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix in parsley, rice, carrots, eggs, and flour.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Form patties (approx 1/4 cup each) and grill till browned on both sides.
  5. (of freeze).
  6. Top with alfalfa sprouts, avocado, mushrooms, tomatoes.
  7. Serve.
